The risk of not having your property dried from water damage within 24hrs is dangerous. Mold takes hold fast and quick and insurance companies do not cover mold growth in most cases. The pictures below are from a well known water restoration team unfortunately they didn’t do their job and when we went to unwrap the cabinets to reinstall them this is what we found.
